Worcester Bosch has launched an updated version of its loyalty programme, now known as VAULT, which will provide installers with more rewards and support in the ever-changing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) industry.
The new programme has the same well-known loyalty levels (Worcester Bosch Installer, Worcester Bosch Accredited Installer and Worcester Bosch Accredited Partner), but installers can now level up by fitting a range of multi-technology heating products such as oil or gas boilers, air conditioning units and heat pumps, while also getting access to more exciting benefits and educational assets.
The new benefits on offer include:
- Instant guarantee certificates for boilers
- New and improved Rewards shop items
- Product and business certification badges
- Ability to spend points from the app
- Ability to extend a guarantee from the app
- Unlock more heat pump and hybrid finance options
- New Marketplace Rewards
- Personalised dashboard
Empowering installers
Speaking about its evolution, Sales and Marketing Director at Worcester Bosch, Jo Shepherd said: “The enhancement of our loyalty scheme, VAULT, is a natural evolution for Worcester Bosch as we commit to offering multi-technology solutions to installers and consumers. The HVAC market is rapidly changing, and we want to ensure that our installers are empowered with the right tools and supported throughout this transition to enable their customers to make more informed choices.”
Installers will continue to be rewarded for fitting Worcester Bosch products by earning points when they register their installs through their loyalty account. They can then convert points to cash on a card, or spend them on workwear, power tools and more. Installers even have the option to reinvest their points in marketing and business support.
Installers are encouraged to log in to the portal or WB Professional app with their existing login details to onboard onto the VAULT scheme. Existing guarantees, Gas Safe notifications and certificates will be carried over to their personalised account automatically, alongside their existing points and their expiry dates.
